I throw myself upon the mercy of the pool . . . I failed to log my pick for Brazil in time. I do have Brazil winning it all though - and I promise there was is no purposeful evasion here - if you can see it within your heart to allow me to log a late pick for BRAZIL I will forever be indebted. If you feel otherwise I will understand - I certainly don't want to endanger the integrity of the pool by pouring water on a slippery slope. Please I beg you but alas - in the end I am at your mercy.
sorry continentalist. i believe you when you say you were going to pick brazil, but i've consulted the rest of the wcfp2010 team and your pick has been disallowed. some rules aren't meant to be broken.
But - my darlings - the statistical member of the management team can vouch for my verbal pick of Brazil on Sunday - much like the picks shouted from New Zealand mountaintops were allowed just four short years ago . . .
