This one is tough. But I have bet against germany the last 2 rounds and regretted it. Would seem stupid to do it again..? Will espana finally show up and perform to their capability? Can david villa save them again?
I might change my mind before wednesday, but going germany for now. They just look too good against 2 would class teams (i admit that is being kind to england to call them a world class team :))
This is a much better German side than the one that lost to Spain in the Euro2008 final. Likewise this Spanish side is better than any team Germany has faced in the WC so far.
In the end, experience wins.¡Viva ESPAÑA!

On paper, Spain wins. Based on this tournament, you have to give it to Germany. However, I have to support my original pick to win it all...ESPAÑA!

Spain have tons of skill in midfield and Villa is a firecracker. But they are a lieeeeeeeetle bit sloppy at the back. Germany's pace might unsettle the curly wonder that is Puyol.

This game is going to be better than the final. This is THE game of the World Cup. I'm stressing out here, big time.

But it could go either way. Like Big Bend said, can David Villa carry the team again? Ultimately, Mueller sitting is the factor that tips the scales for me, but who knows. They may tip back again before tomorrow morning. Now if you'll excuse me, I've nails to bite.
