I vote England and Slovenia -- this way, if the US goes out early, I won't be both pissed and pointsless.
England as always will offer Blood, sweat, toil and tears.
Donavon and Dempsey can cause a lot of problems and if Buddle can put it in the net then a well organized USA are going to surprise some teams.
I anticipate England to fluff their opening lines and struggle to a 1-1 draw with the Yanks. But after that they will recover and do enough to qualify for the next stage.
